- ▸Designed a normalized many-to-many database schema decoupling services from metrics, eliminating system-wide data redundancy.
- ▸Architected tiered REST APIs (summary & drilldown) backed by a snapshot-plus-polling layer, reducing manual monitoring labor by 200+ hours.
